2020 Team Camp


Due to the uncertainty created by the COVID-19 virus we have established a way for you to reserve a spot in camp without any upfront financial commitment. Simply join our FREE Wait List. When camp is confirmed to take place, you will receive an email from us giving you the ability to pay the camp dues. If at the time you still wish to attend camp, you can pay securely online. If your circumstances change and you no longer wish to attend camp, simply let us know. You won’t owe us anything.


A deposit of $150 must accompany enrollment form, with the balance due upon registration. 5 game guarantee. Basketballs will NOT be provided, each team must bring their own basketballs and training kit. T-shirt sizes are to be filled out under team registration. We will do our best to accommodate T-shirt sizes, but those who sign up in advance will be served first.

Team Registration: Commuter Teams
Dates: July 18th - 19th
Who: Grades 9th - 12th Team
Divisions: JV, Lower Varsity, Upper Varsity
Cost: $375 per Team - No Meals
$350 per Additional Team
Player Registration: Resident Teams
Dates: July 18th - 19th
Who: Grades 9th - 12th Teams
Divisions: JV, Lower Varsity, Upper Varsity
Cost: $130 per Resident Player (Includes three meals)
 

Facilities
BHSU Basketball Camps take place at the Donald E. Young Center on the Black Hills State University Campus. The center includes new hoops and floors in both the gym and field house. The facilities are air conditioned.

Check-Ins
Teams can check-in Friday evening from 6pm to 7pm or Saturday morning from 8am to 9am at the Donald E. Young Center. (You will need to make plans for breakfast if coming on Friday.) Coaches are free.

Camp Gear
Campers are encouraged to wear appropriate training gear. Overnight campers are expected to bring their own towels, linens, pillows, blankets, sleeping bag, fan, as well as bathroom articles and other clothes as desired.

Meals & Housing
Nutritious meals are planned and provided by the BHSU Dining Services, including a Mongolian-style Grill, salad bar, brick oven pizza place, and more. Meals included: Lunch & Dinner on Saturday and Breakfast on Sunday. Overnight campers will reside in BHSU’s campus residence halls.

Camp Awards
All individual campers will receive a camp t-shirt.

Insurance
Each camper must be covered by their own accident and medical insurance.

Refunds
Black Hills State University allows no refunds due to personal injury, any conflicting camps or tournaments,
vacations, etc.
